This assessment is meant to be taken slowly, after reading Essence and the Five Object Relations. There are no right answers, only more and less honest ones.

For each of the 25 statements, indicate how often it rings true in your life. You will receive a profile at the end showing which object relation structure is most active, along with the essential quality it corresponds to and some questions for inquiry.

This is an invitation to inquiry, not a diagnosis. Most people carry more than one structure. What surfaces here is simply where to begin.
