Sunday Meditation & Self-Inquiry
A biweekly two-hour gathering. Guided meditation, then inquiry together.
Two Sundays a month, a small group of us meet online for a guided meditation followed by an hour of self-inquiry. The form is simple. We sit. We sense. A theme is offered. Whoever wants to speak speaks. Whoever wants to listen listens.
The meditation lands the body and the breath. The inquiry that follows is not analysis. It is the willingness to look at what is actually present, in front of one another, and let what is not yet conscious begin to make itself known.
The gathering is free. There is no booking, no prerequisite, no level. If you are called to inquiry, you belong here.
Who it's for
People already in some form of inner work who want a regular space to sit with others. People new to inquiry who want to see what it actually is. People who have been on retreat with me and want a way to keep the thread alive between retreats.
What it isn't
It is not therapy. It is not a teaching seminar. It is not a place where someone fixes you. It is a space, twice a month, where the work that lives between sessions can have a witness.
Leave your email
When the next gathering is scheduled, you'll receive a short email with the date, the theme, and the Zoom link.
No newsletters. No mailings. Just the invitation when the next session is set.
If you'd like more
If something in the work is asking for closer attention, individual sessions are available. Read about working one-to-one.
If you want to study the framework on your own time, the writings are a place to begin. The Lataif Assessment can help you see which essential quality is most accessible to you and which is asking for your attention.
